Wiseco Performance Forged Pistons 12198M06800 – 67.94 mm piston size for 68.00 mm bore.

This piston version, specially developed by Driveline Performance, is based on the proven Wiseco 573M06800 forged piston and has been specifically optimized for high-performance Yamaha Banshee and RD350 engines with 68 mm aftermarket cylinders and stroker crankshafts.

Compared to the standard Wiseco 573M06800, the intake windows in the piston skirt have been positioned higher and their shape has been revised. This optimizes the intake area, particularly on stroker engines, and allows improved fuel/air flow.

At the same time, the area between the intake windows has been structurally improved. The bridge is therefore located in a more stable area of the piston skirt, which is particularly advantageous for high-performance engines and cylinders with a narrow intake bridge.

Note:

Depending on the cylinder used, crankshaft stroke and engine setup, adjustment of the cylinder height or base gasket thickness may be required. Piston position, squish clearance, port timing and clearance must always be checked during engine assembly.

The piston is generally suitable for engine combinations in which the Wiseco 573M06800 or a corresponding Blaster 200 piston for a 68 mm bore is used.

Also suitable for Athena 392cc cylinders when converting to 421cc.
