All orders are usually processed the next working day. Standard shipping is with DHL (deliveries to a DHL Packstation are not possible). Delivery time within Germany is 2 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday). Outside Germany, shipping takes 5 to 14 working days. If we receive a large number of orders, there may be delays in delivery of a few days. If the dispatch of your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you by email. Depending on the destination country, the delivery time may be longer. Delivery times may also be slightly longer due to public holidays.

There are no partial deliveries. If an item has a longer delivery time, the remaining goods will always be sent together with the item that has a longer delivery time. This also applies to items that need to be reordered if they are out of stock.

The payment methods are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
