Foreword:
With this new development of the Assassin 2 cylinder from Driveline, Driveline goes one better! Compared to the Assassin 1 cylinders, this cylinder set now has a large intake with large Boysen ports. The cylinders also come with special forged pistons with enlarged intake windows. The port design has been fundamentally revised.

Scope of delivery:
1x Driveline cylinder kit Assassin 421cc incl. base gasket
2x Wiseco forged pistons (Custom Pistons by Driveline)

Timing:
Exhaust: 194°
Transfer port 121°

Fitting instructions:
Only to be used with a crankshaft with 4mm more stroke and 115mm connecting rod. (58mm stroke)
Nikasil cylinder bore in 68mm

Setup for performance diagram:
Exhaust = Shearer Small Bore
Diaphragms = V-Force 4
Air filter = K&N
Compression pressure = 10 bar (140 psi)
Ignition = Fixed +6 degrees
Carburettor = PWK 39mm

Options:
Alternatively, the cylinder can also be ordered with a grey cast iron liner. Bore size is then 66mm and corresponds to 397cc. A bigbore crankshaft is also required.

Yamaha Banshee 350 Upgrade
Yamaha RD350 Upgrade (note the exhaust flange!) Different to the RD!

The engine housing of the 31k has a narrower sealing surface under the exhaust.
Engine case 1WW and 1WX is the same as the Banshee case

Not authorised for road use. This is a performance upgrade that must be approved by the TÜV.
