After a few conversations, nice contacts and test bench runs, we, “PR Custom Parts”, have completely taken over the rights to the “D.N. Performance exhaust systems” from D.N. Performance! But don't worry, nothing will change in the system! Everything remains as it is already known - built and tested. Even the name remains the same! The systems are manufactured by the same exhaust manufacturer. Only the contact person will change for you, the quality remains the same!

Probably the best and most popular all-round exhaust system for the RD 350 and MADE IN GERMANY!
With the system and our Athena 421cc setup, approx. 80hp +/- is possible! Of course in combination with a different ignition and bigger carburetors.
You still need carburetor, ignition and everything that goes with it?
We also offer you everything you need for your engine conversion. In addition to all the original spare parts, gaskets and oil seals you need for the engine, we also offer crankshafts, carburetors, diaphragms, intake manifolds, vape alternators, CDIs and much more.

Compatibility:
Ideal for all engines from 350 to 421cc
- If you want to ride the system on an air-cooled model, you will have to make minor adjustments, such as adapting the brackets
- If you ride a full fairing, you will need to make minimal adjustments to the front (see pictures)

The systems can be ordered with either an RD flange or a flange for Athena cylinders. When choosing Athena cylinders, however, the flange is only included and the connection side on the exhaust remains open. So you can customize the system as you wish. However, we are already working on a solution to be able to offer this as a finished part as well.

You want to install the system on a different moped?
We are quite flexible with the systems, as everything is manufactured in Germany and to pre-order. For example, you can specify in your order that the brackets are not to be welded on. This means you don't have to cut off a bracket and weld it on again in a staggered position. If you have any special requests, please contact us in advance. However, a complete conversion of the system is currently not possible!
Important note:
The orders for the exhaust systems are collected, as individual production is not yet worthwhile. For this reason, the delivery time may vary. An approximate time will be given after the order has been placed.
Approval:
The system is a racing exhaust system that does not have a licence. However, there are some vehicles for which it has been registered via individual approval. A noise measurement is usually carried out for this and a performance certificate must be presented. Unfortunately, we are not yet able to offer you registration.
Please discuss this in advance with the TÜV inspector you trust if you want to have it registered.
