Athena 392 to 421 P&P conversion kit pistons, combustion chambers and base gaskets Yamaha Banshee RD350
You already have an Athena 392 set and want to upgrade a little? Then our kit is just the thing for you - with the kit we have put together, you can now convert your Athena kit to 421cc. All you need is a little experience in opening and sealing the engine, a crankshaft with 4mm more stroke and a 115mm connecting rod. Then nothing stands in the way of the conversion!
Scope of delivery:
2x custom dome
2x Wiseco Schmiedekolben 573M06800 incl. accessories
2x base gasket 0.3mm
Installation instructions:
Replacement of the existing combustion chambers
Can only be used in combination with another crankshaft.
Bigbore crankshaft +4mm stroke and 115mm connecting rods
Works with the Athena cylinder head
Works with all common coolheads
All original Athena O-rings can still be used
Replace the Athena pistons with the supplied Wiseco forged pistons
Replace the cylinder base gasket with the one supplied
Further information:
Material Domesl aluminium 7075 high-strength
The domes are specially adapted to the Wiseco forged Pistons 573M6800
The domes are designed so that they can be used with all commercially available 0.3 mm (or larger) base gaskets
A crushing edge of approx. 1.1 - 1.2 mm is set in the specified combination
These measurement values may deviate due to manufacturing tolerances. Check the crushing edge!
